Looking for an old Pulp Fiction / sci-fi book. Dracula an Atlantean.?

Anyone remember the author or other details in an old paperback sci-fi series, where Dracula was actually from Atlantis, there was a woman who knew judo, an albino male, and their leader, a man who controlled the Impaler with a splinter of wood in his heart? I think they fought paranormal crime. I checked it out from a local library a looooong time ago and have never found it since.
