How can you analyze a graphic novel?

We have to give criticism to each other's written work in creative writing. One of us has decided to write a graphic novel script. What kind of things you see in a graphic novel? (Except for pictures.) Any ideas?

I suppose you want to analyze it as you would a screenplay. It seems a bit of a cheat, since you will only be able to criticize the action and dialogue.

for me, V for Vendetta. an epic plot, dark atmosphere, excellent acting, poetry writing, with picturesque film to die for. The Dark Knight is way overstated. hey, I still think the dark knight is very good. but really overrated
